City parking lot design advances via Bellevue (Nev.) Leader
Parking lot designs will probably never hang on the walls of an art museum or stimulate conversation at cocktail parties but nevertheless, the preliminary design of La Vista’s first city-owned public parking area at Southport West has “classy” stamped all over it.
They’ll hang on the walls if I ever open an art gallery!
